Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide support to AMC fire staff during incidents and emergency situations.
- Resolve software, application, and panel-related issues for users at the field level.
- Provide handholding, guidance, and technical support to AMC staff to ensure smooth implementation and operation of systems.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Central Application Maintenance Team for further resolution.
- Identify and report operational challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to the Quality Circle and Project Managers.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain regular communication with field teams and support continuous system performance and user satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
