The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence for Hindustan Fastners by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, acquiring new clients, and increasing sales revenue. The role involves conducting market research, preparing business proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Manager will represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills, along with experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the fasteners or manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
