About the Role:
- We’re hiring a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance of advanced industrial equipment. This role involves fieldwork and travel, customer interaction, and technical problem‑solving. Specialized training will be provided by us and OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission & test equipment at client sites
- Train operators on safe and efficient use
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Diagnose faults & carry out repairs onsite
- Maintain service records & prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely support
- Travel across North Bengal, Sikkim & Bhutan
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years in field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair
- Strong troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (North Bengal, Sikkim & Bhutan)
- Good communication & operator‑training ability
