As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will play an important role in building international talent pipelines, supporting specialist and leadership hiring, and creating a professional, consistent, and engaging candidate experience across the Hellmann world.
This position can be based in one of our Hellmann countries, subject to local employment setup and business requirements, ideally in India or The Philippines.
Partner closely with senior Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across different countries, cultures, and time zones to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and align on selection decisions
Develop a targeted sourcing and attraction strategy for international talent markets including active sourcing, talent mapping, networking, direct approach, and digital recruiting channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical global roles and future business needs. Coordinate structured selection processes involving cross-regional interview panels, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a state-of-the art candidate experience
Conduct structured interviews and support hiring decisions based on role-related criteria, professional expertise, leadership potential, motivation and cultural fit
Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to stakeholders by challenging requirements, advising on market realities, and ensuring a fair, consistent, and evidence-based hiring process
Use recruiting data, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of global recruiting standards, tools, and processes
A degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, psychology, recruitment, or a related field.
Proven recruitment experience in an international environment, ideally including specialist, professional, and leadership hiring across countries or regions
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, with the confidence to advise, challenge, and influence constructively
Curiosity, cultural awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively across countries, time zones, and different stakeholder expectations
