The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate with MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in HR management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
