We are looking for a Python Full-Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, web applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
This role is ideal for a developer who has strong Python development skills and can work across both backend and frontend development.
Python is the primary backend technology for this role.
You will work on internal business applications that help automate workflows, manage data, connect different systems, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal web applications and business tools using Python.
- Build scalable backend services using FastAPI, Django, Django REST Framework, or Flask.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure REST APIs.
- Integrate internal applications with third-party APIs and services.
- Build dashboards, admin panels, workflow tools, and data management applications.
- Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React.js or similar frontend technologies.
- Connect frontend applications with Python-based APIs.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug technical issues and improve application performance.
- Work with Git and follow proper version-control practices.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or server environments.
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Required SkillsPython – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with at least one Python backend framework:
- FastAPI
- Django
- Django REST Framework
- Flask
API Development
- Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs.
- Understanding of API authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with JSON, HTTP methods, request/response handling, and error handling.
Database
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
- Experience with ORM tools is preferred.
Frontend
- Working knowledge of:
- React.js or similar frontend framework
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
The candidate does not need to be a frontend specialist but should be capable of building and maintaining functional, responsive internal interfaces.
Other Requirements
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
- Good communication skills.
