ICRE is responsible for handling customer interactions, service appointment bookings, follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and maintaining good relationships with customers in the dealership service department. The role mainly focuses on improving customer retention and workshop vehicle inflow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Book service appointments and follow-up reminders
Welcome customers at the service reception
Explain service process, charges, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians
Maintain customer database and CRM records
Follow up for pending services and feedback
Handle customer complaints politely and ensure resolution
Improve customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare daily call reports and service reports
Promote AMC, service camps, and dealership offers
