Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication
- Explain products/services and close sales
- Maintain CRM data and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/telecalling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
