Open Candidates 1 All Applications Job description: Job Title: ERP & HIS Integration Specialist – Oracle Fusion Migration Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT / Engineering / Healthcare Informatics + Integration Expertise Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / India Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Management Role Summary Manipal Hospital Group is seeking a highly experienced ERP & HIS Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of system integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) along with other third-party applications. This role is critical to ensuring seamless interoperability across clinical, financial, and operational platforms during and after ERP transformation. Key Responsibilities Integration Strategy & Architecture · Define the integration architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP with: o Hospital Information Systems (HIS) o Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) o Radiology (RIS/PACS) o Pharmacy systems o Billing, Insurance, and third-party healthcare platforms · Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration frameworks. ERP Migration & Integration Execution · Lead integration workstream during SAP/legacy systems to Oracle Fusion ERP migration. · Identify integration touchpoints and redesign them for Oracle Fusion Cloud. · Ensure continuity of business processes with minimal disruption during cutover. Interface Development & Management · Develop and manage integrations using: o APIs (REST/SOAP) o Middleware platforms (Oracle Integration Cloud preferred) o HL7 / FHIR standards (for healthcare systems) o File-based integrations where required · Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system interfaces. Data Flow & Interoperability · Ensure seamless exchange of data between ERP and clinical systems: o Patient billing data o Inventory consumption (pharmacy, consumables) o Procurement and vendor data o Financial transactions · Maintain real-time or near-real-time data synchronization. Stakeholder Collaboration · Work closely with: o IT teams and ERP implementation partners o Clinical system vendors and HIS providers o Finance, SCM, and hospital operations teams · Act as a bridge between technical teams and healthcare operations stakeholders. Testing & Validation · Lead integration testing phases: o System Integration Testing (SIT) o User Acceptance Testing (UAT) · Ensure accurate data flow, system performance, and reliability. Governance, Security & Compliance · Ensure integrations comply with: o Healthcare data standards and regulations o Data privacy and security protocols · Implement monitoring, logging, and audit mechanisms. Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization · Provide hypercare support for integration-related issues. · Continuously enhance integration performance and scalability. · Maintain integration documentation and knowledge repositories Required Skills & Competencies Integration Expertise · Strong experience in ERP integration with third-party systems. · Deep knowledge of: o API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) o Middleware platforms (Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.) o Messaging and event-driven architectures Healthcare Systems Knowledge o HIS / EMR systems o LIS, RIS, PACS · Understanding of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards. ERP Knowledge · Experience with: o SAP ERP integrations (preferred) o Oracle Fusion ERP integration frameworks · Understanding of Finance and SCM modules integration touchpoints. Technical Skills · Strong knowledge of: o Data formats (XML, JSON, EDI) o Integration security (OAuth, SSO, encryption) o Error handling and monitoring tools Analytical & Problem-Solving · Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. · Strong analytical skills to ensure data consistency and process alignment. Leadership & Communication · Ability to lead integration streams in large transformation projects. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Qualifications · Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field · Certifications in: o Oracle Integration Cloud / Middleware (preferred) o Healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) (added advantage) Preferred Experience · Experience in hospital or healthcare IT ecosystem · Exposure to multi-system integration in large hospital networks · Experience in cloud ERP transformation projects
