The Junior HR – TA will manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR processes to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competencies.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring records.
- Support onboarding documentation and induction processes.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline building.
- Assist in HR documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance support.
