About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, execute, optimize, and report on integrated digital campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Manage campaign budgets, media planning, and audience targeting.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as leads, reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
* Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
* Prepare insightful client reports with actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate with creative, content, influencer, and video teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
* Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
* Present campaign strategies and performance to clients confidently.
* Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices across accounts.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 4–7 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency.
* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, media planning, audience segmentation, and digital analytics.
* Experience handling monthly media budgets from ₹10 lakh onwards.
* Proficiency in:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads Manager
* LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Google Tag Manager
* Looker Studio
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred
* Google Ads and GA4 certifications.
* Meta Blueprint certification.
* Experience handling government, PSU, corporate, and public awareness campaigns.
* Exposure to influencer marketing and integrated digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
