We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, staff supervision, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations and staff.
- Design, develop, and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste standards.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of ingredients and supplies.
- Control food costs, wastage, and kitchen expenses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
