We are expanding our global presence and are looking for a confident and proactive Export Sales & Marketing Executive to manage international client communications and support business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Handle export sales inquiries through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Communicate effectively with overseas customers to understand their requirements and provide product information.
- Identify new international business opportunities and generate export leads.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Participate in international marketing initiatives and support export business growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Marketing, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with foreign clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
