Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Track customer orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Prepare CRM reports, MIS, and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
- Support customer retention initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination (experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
