1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise complete installation of PPR-C pipes and fittings.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ and site requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities and labour productivity.
- Ensure proper routing, alignment and support installation.
- Coordinate pressure testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintain proper work sequence to avoid delays and rework.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure proper fusion welding practices are followed.
- Verify usage of correct tools and equipment.
- Check pipe levels, supports, sleeves and fittings alignment.
- Prevent leakage, improper fusion and installation defects.
- Ensure work quality meets SHK standards and client expectations.
4. Material Coordination
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain records of incoming and used materials.
- Coordinate with store and purchase team for shortages.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of pipes, fittings and tools.
5. Client & Coordination Activities
- Coordinate with client engineers, consultants and other agencies.
- Attend site meetings whenever required.
- Report site progress and issues to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with contractors.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Maintain labour attendance records.
- Update measurement sheets and executed quantities.
- Maintain testing and inspection records.
- Share regular site photos and updates with management.
7. Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure workers use proper PPE at site.
- Follow site safety rules and client safety requirements.
- Prevent unsafe working practices.
- Ensure safe usage of welding machines, power tools and ladders/scaffolding.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
