Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible JCB Operator to operate and maintain JCB machinery for excavation, loading, leveling, trenching, and other construction-related activities. The candidate must ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment while adhering to site safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate JCB equipment safely and efficiently at construction sites.
- Perform excavation, earthmoving, trenching, loading, and leveling activities as required.
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery before operation.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment to prevent damage and accidents.
- Follow site safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational condition.
- Record daily work activities and machine usage when required.
Requirements:
- Valid license/certification to operate heavy equipment (preferred).
- Proven experience as a JCB Operator.
- Good understanding of construction site operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in various weather and site conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of handling site responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
