Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Handle marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance summaries.
- Manage product pricing, promotions, and discounts.
- Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and data management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
