Shift Timing - 7pm to 4am (Night Shift )(US Shift)
Experience Required - 1 to 3 Years in US Recruitment / US Staffing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our US Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based clients across IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Engineering, and Professional roles.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience working on US requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
Schedule interviews with clients and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Negotiate salary/rates and assist during onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
Ensure proper documentation and recruitment process compliance.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of US Staffing/Recruitment process.
Experience working with job portals such as: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
