We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tamil Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent Tamil communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services in Tamil.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
