- Site Execution & Supervision. Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor workmanship quality and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Verify site measurements and quantities.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of civil works.
- Ensure compliance with construction specifications and safety standards.
- Check material quality before usage.
- Monitor concrete works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure milestone completion.
- Estimate and verify material requirements.
- Track material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Verify supplier deliveries and material quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
