Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective audience targeting strategies.
- Write and test ad copy with A/B testing to find the highest-performing ads.
- Manage budgets, bids, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure and bidding strategies.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize for ROI.
- Experience running campaigns for healthcare (clinics, hospitals) is preferred.
