We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and experience in IT service sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Identify potential clients for software development, web development, mobile applications, AI solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
