The Inside Account Executive focused on the Existing Accounts in India is a key member of the Commercial Accounts sales team and works with the Account Executive - Strategic, and Systems Engineer, to meet sales goals.
This role is offered as hybrid from Bangalore only, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week (WeWork Galaxy, 43 Residency Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025). What you can expect to do this role:
- Communicate regularly with a defined list of existing accounts throughout the year to identify areas of need for business growth and new solutions
- Use prospecting tools such as DiscoverOrg and LinkedIn to find new contacts and new business units from a defined list of Commercial Accounts
- Own on-time renewal for your entire SMB customer portfolio; consistently meet or exceed retention rate targets.
- Proactively engage customers 90–120 days ahead of renewal to understand health, flag risks, and secure commitment
- Understand customer business needs and schedule technical demonstrations or face to face meetings with SE as required.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base by aligning Jamf solutions to customer business needs and industry insights.
- Execute campaigns to drive traffic to online and in-person events
- Enter new Opportunities and related information into SalesForce.com to document and manage sales activities
- Develop well-rounded understanding of JAMF sales philosophy, market and customers
- Know how to position JAMF Software solutions against competitor offerings
- Accurately process customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders
- Grow understanding of and ability to explain business value of JAMF Software solutions to prospects and existing customers
- Responsible for leading and closing sales opportunities for the Strategic Commercial team
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
- Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity
