Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer generation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to attract and engage top talent.
- Candidates with a fresher to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
