Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Digital Marketing Fresher who is eager to learn B2B marketing, analytics, and performance-driven campaigns.This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about marketing, analytics, and technology. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to execute campaigns, track performance, and create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Support audience targeting, ad creation, and campaign monitoring
- Help generate B2B leads targeting IT decision-makers
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Learn and assist in setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support A/B testing and optimization efforts
Content & Creative Support
- Create social media posts and marketing creatives using Canva
- Assist in drafting content for LinkedIn, blogs, and website pages
- Work with technical teams to understand services and translate them into simple marketing messages
Technical & Learning Exposure
- Gain understanding of databases, cloud services, and SaaS-based offerings
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
- Explore AI tools for content creation and marketing automation
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads (academic/project experience is acceptable)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- 2025 / 2026 graduates (Marketing, Business, MBA, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in B2B marketing and technology
