We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and records
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
