Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to build strong relationships with prospective students, ensure excellent customer service, and support the admissions process from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Schedule counselling appointments.
Maintain and update CRM records.
Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Support promotional events and student engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
