Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and creative Associate Director to support and manage end-to-end production operations across shoots, campaigns, events, and branded content. The candidate will work closely with the creative, marketing, and execution teams to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality productions. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing production shoots, campaigns, and events. Coordinate with directors, editors, designers, vendors, and on-ground teams. Manage shoot schedules, production timelines, and resource allocation. Supervise production quality and ensure smooth workflow during shoots. Handle client coordination and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Support creative ideation and execution for digital and branded content. Manage logistics, permissions, equipment coordination, and production documentation. Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and company standards. Maintain proper communication between internal departments and external partners. Requirements Experience in media production, content production, events, or creative operations. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines. Knowledge of shoot management, production processes, and content workflows. Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in production planning tools and basic understanding of editing/content pipelines is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in sports/media/event production. Team management and vendor handling experience. Understanding of social media and digital content trends.
