Job Role
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury fine dining environment.
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
- Recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain premium service standards and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in fine dining is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Cocktail knowledge is mandatory.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
Management Trainee (MT) Programme
Fresh graduates with a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in building a long-term career in luxury hospitality.
