Job Title: Process Coordinator / Customer Relations Executive (Jewelry Industry)
Salary:
- Junior Coordinator (2 Positions): ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Freshers Welcome)
- Senior Coordinator (2 Positions): ₹24,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Update order details in the company software and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
- Communicate order specifications and production instructions to karigars and manufacturing teams.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and production departments.
- Track order progress and ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, production status, and customer communications.
- Follow up with internal teams to resolve production and delivery issues.
Eligibility:
- Age below 45 years.
- Proficiency in Tamil or Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and follow up with different stakeholders.
Experience:
- Junior Coordinator: Freshers may apply.
- Senior Coordinator: Prior experience in order processing, production coordination, merchandising, operations, or the jewelry industry preferred.
