Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and Business Central solutions.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to meet client requirements.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Define, execute and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
- Provide functional support during implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Work closely with technical consultants to support customizations, integrations and enhancements.
- Assist in data migration, process optimization, and system adoption initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features and industry best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Business Central modules.
- Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and consulting abilities.
- Understanding of Business Central development concepts and technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience working with international and domestic clients is mandatory.
- Knowledge of third-party add-ons and Business Central ecosystem solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across different time zones.
- Overseas travel experience and a valid visa will be an added advantage.
- Local candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred.
