Key Responsibilities:
● Edit high-quality videos for social media, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube
videos, brand campaigns, websites, and performance marketing ads
● Create short-form, fast-paced edits optimized for engagement, retention, and conversions
● Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, and brand films
● Assist in product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and content shoots when required
● Help with shot planning, framing, camera angles, and basic content capture
● Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and visual treatments where required
● Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, and performance teams
● Optimize videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, durations, and formats
● Maintain visual consistency in line with brand guidelines
● Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within tight timelines
● Organize footage, assets, and project files efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor
● Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual flow
● Experience editing videos for social media, brand content, and performance marketing
● Interest in or experience with video shooting and content production
● Basic understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, and product/lifestyle shooting
● Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
● Good sense of music, sound design, and timing
● A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing relevant editing work
Good to Have:
● Motion graphics knowledge using After Effects or similar tools
● Ability to create simple animations, text motion, and transitions
● Familiarity with short-form trends and social media formats
● Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills
● Experience with D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands
● Knowledge of tools like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
● Prior experience assisting with product shoots, brand shoots, or social media content shoots What

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
