Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end-users on desktop and system-related issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting through a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook, O365 applications, and email configurations.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and quality support delivery.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Outlook Troubleshooting and O365 Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of desktop hardware, software installations, and remote troubleshooting tools.
