Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support, product application guidance, site coordination, and customer assistance related to building material products and construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper application and usage of building materials
- Assist sales teams with technical presentations and product recommendations
- Resolve technical queries and customer complaints
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and application guidelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with product standards
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and building products
- Understanding of construction practices and site operations
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in building materials, construction, or technical support
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with waterproofing, adhesives, paints, AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete, tiles, cement products, or construction chemicals
- Exposure to project sites, contractor coordination, and technical sales support
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
