Job Overview:
Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) and Third Party Manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in PCD Pharma and Third Party Manufacturing
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle client inquiries and convert leads into business deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in PCD Pharma or Third Party Manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of pharma products and market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
