About the Role
Buy One Gram is launching its next flagship product – Premium Peanut Butter.
We are building a high-performance PR & Content Team to scale our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms.
This is not a typical job — this is an opportunity to work directly on a brand launch from ground zero to scale.
We Are Hiring For:
- Content Strategist (1)
- Video Editor – Reels & Shorts (2)
- Social Media Manager (1)
- Influencer Marketing & PR Executive (2)
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategist:
- Plan viral content ideas, hooks & scripts
- Build weekly & monthly content calendar
- Research trends & competitors
Video Editor:
- Edit high-retention Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Add subtitles, hooks, sound effects & fast cuts
- Optimize videos for engagement
Social Media Manager:
- Manage Instagram page & daily posting
- Handle comments, DMs & audience engagement
- Track performance metrics
PR & Influencer Executive:
- Connect & collaborate with influencers
- Execute shoutouts, barter deals & campaigns
- Build strong creator network
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Strong interest in social media & content creation
- Prior work/portfolio preferred (not mandatory for interns)
- Self-driven & execution-focused mindset
Skills Required
