We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience ( minimum 2 years UAE experience mandatory).
Qualification: Bachelors plus Certification in HR
Salary Budget: 4500 to 5000
Major Job responsbilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for group companies.
- Maintenance of all documentation of staff joining, leaving, and storage of all related documents in the employee folder as well as in software.
- Monitor the attendance daily, compiling attendance for payroll, sick leave records, and all other leave records (Annual, Emergency)
- Performance evaluation and one-to-one meetings with employees.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be an MBA Graduate with HR Specialization
- Must Possess knowledge on UAE Labor Law
- Must have Experience in End to End Recruitment
- Must have hands on Experience in preparing KPI, Implementing policies.
