Roles & Responsibilities:
Front Office Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk activities.
- Maintain visitor records and office registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office administration tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the reception area.
HR Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Help in attendance management and HR reports.
- Coordinate with employees for document collection and verification.
- Support HR team in daily administrative activities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
