About the Role:
At Bootcoding PVT. LTD., we are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer (DSA Specialist). In this corporate-focused training role, you will be responsible for structuring learning paths, delivering technical training, and specializing in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). You will bridge the gap between academic coding and industry-level problem-solving for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum & Training: Design and deliver structured training modules on core software engineering fundamentals, focusing heavily on DSA (Advanced Trees, Graphs, Greedy Algos, DP).
- Code Optimization: Teach students how to write clean, industry-standard code and optimize for Time and Space Complexity.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct regular assessments, coding tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Industry Readiness: Train students on interview-specific problem patterns, algorithmic thinking, and fundamental computer science concepts.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of DSA and solid programming skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Professional Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Trainer, or Coding Bootcamp Mentor is highly valued.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or InterviewBit.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, corporate communication, and training delivery skills. Ability to handle a large batch of students effectively.
