Happy Couples is a leading event management company specializing in weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, destination weddings, and special occasions. We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain office records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate with event planners and vendors for administrative support.
- Manage office supplies and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Handle social media inquiries and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in administration, front office, or customer service is preferred.
