Position: Pre-Primary Teacher
Department: Academics
Reporting To: Pre-Primary Coordinator / Principal
Role Purpose
To create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children's learning through play-based and experiential activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain records.
- Develop children's communication, social, motor, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all students at all times.
- Manage classroom routines, behavior, and discipline positively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- NTT Certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
