Job Title: Solar Project Engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects with a capacity of up to 250KW.
- Coordinate closely with sales and integration teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.
- Expertise in quality integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Languages Required: Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, or other regional languages is a significant advantage for vendor and site coordination.
Preferred Experience Level: Mid Level
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record of managing at least one project exceeding 100kW

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
