About the Role
ARISTO EyeCare is looking for a customer-focused Optical Sales Specialist to assist patients in selecting the right eyewear while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of optical products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients make informed choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other optical products.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and product features to help patients make informed decisions.
- Accurately interpret prescriptions and coordinate eyewear orders with the optical lab.
- Take basic optical measurements (PD) and assist with frame fitting and adjustments.
- Generate bills, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain product displays, inventory, and the overall appearance of the optical showroom.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in optical sales or eyewear retail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
