We are looking for an experienced Soft skill Trainer to engaging training sessions for our employees with Communication, Leadership, Etiquettes ,Policy awareness sessions etc.
The ideal candidate should have strong corporate training experience and the ability to deliver interactive and practical learning sessions that support employee growth and workplace effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize training content based on business requirements/needs
- Conduct interactive workshops, activities, and coaching sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Coordinate with HR and management teams for training schedules and objectives.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Corporate Training
- Strong experience in soft skills trainings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience training employees across different levels in an organization.
Preferred
- Certification in Training & Development or Leadership Coaching is an added advantage.
- Experience working with IT/Technology companies is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
