- Experience in UK/US Voice Process or International BPO is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions professionally over voice calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams whenever required.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
