Process: Logistics – Night Shift (USA Process)
Role: Logistics Executive
Shift Timing: 5.30 PM – 2.30 AM – IST (USA Shift)
Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 (Monthly Take Home Salary)
Location: Chennai – Work From Office Mode
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipment requests.
- Verify product details, quantities, carton counts, addresses, and shipping methods.
- Check courier labels before dispatch and ensure they are correctly placed.
- Ensure old, incorrect, or duplicate labels are removed.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
- Confirm required battery declarations and compliance labels for electronic products.
- Check packaging quality and request corrective action when protection is insufficient.
- Review warehouse photographs and shipment proof before dispatch.
- Verify high-value shipments, including quantities and serial numbers where required.
- Coordinate with warehouses, couriers, freight forwarders, and the Operations Team.
- Report incorrect labels, damaged packaging, missing cartons, or documentation issues immediately.
- Maintain shipment checklists, tracking updates, and error logs.
- Support shipment investigations and courier claims when required.
- Hold shipments until identified errors are corrected.
Required Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in logistics, shipping operations, warehouse quality, or freight forwarding especially for US based company will be an added advantage
- Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
- Knowledge of courier labels, commercial invoices, packing lists, and packaging requirements.
- Basic knowledge of air freight and lithium-battery shipment requirements.
- Experience handling consumer electronics or high-value products is preferred.

- Accuracy of shipment processing and verification.
- Zero errors in labelling, packaging, and documentation errors.
- Timely completion of shipment checks.
- Timely escalation and resolution of identified issues.
- Compliance with shipment checklists and documentation requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
