About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to design high-quality artwork for custom sportswear. Your main responsibility will be creating production-ready 2D designs for jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shorts, shell pants, and other apparel. These designs will be used in our customization platform and for garment production.
Note: This is a 2D design role only. You will not be responsible for 3D modeling, UV mapping, or texturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom artwork for:
- Jerseys
- Hoodies
- Joggers
- Shell Pants
- Shorts
- Other sportswear products
- Create unique graphics, patterns, textures, gradients, and color combinations.
- Convert customer references into clean, editable vector artwork.
- Design all-over print (AOP) patterns for sportswear.
- Ensure artwork aligns correctly across different garment panels.
- Modify existing designs and create multiple color variations.
- Follow brand guidelines and customer requirements.
- Organize artwork files for easy production and future editing.
- Work closely with the production and 3D teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (must have).
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent vector illustration and pattern design skills.
- Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
- Experience creating sportswear graphics and all-over print designs.
- Ability to prepare clean, production-ready artwork.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Atleast 1 years of experience in graphic design, apparel design, or sportswear design.
- Experience with sublimation sportswear or custom apparel is a plus.
- Knowledge of garment construction and panel-based artwork placement is an advantage.
- Experience working with apparel templates and production files.

Deliverables
The selected designer will be responsible for creating:
- Production-ready 2D apparel artwork.
- Vector-based designs for jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shell pants, shorts, and other garments.
- Custom patterns, graphics, and textures.
- Editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files along with required export formats.
Work Details
- Location: Dehradun (Work From Office only)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
