We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Contractor & Workforce Network Executive to help us build and manage a strong network of workers and contractors across Patna.
The role will involve connecting our company with professionals and service providers involved in home construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance.
You will work closely with:
Electricians
Plumbers
Civil Contractors
Masons & Construction Workers
Painters
Waterproofing Professionals
Carpenters
Tile & Flooring Workers
Fabricators
Other skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled workers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard reliable contractors and workers
- Build a strong local contractor/workforce network
- Visit contractors and workers in the field
- Verify basic skills, experience and availability
- Maintain regular communication with the workforce network
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with suitable contractors/workers
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors and service professionals
- Help expand the network across Patna and nearby areas
- Maintain basic records of contractors, workers and their services
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable with field work and meeting people
✅ Ability to negotiate and coordinate with contractors/workers
✅ Knowledge of the local market and construction workforce is a plus
✅ Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and field skills
