Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Hotel Management Faculty to deliver high-quality training to students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students in both theoretical and practical aspects of hotel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Hotel Management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods.
- Conduct practical demonstrations related to food production, food and beverage service, front office operations, and housekeeping.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct mock interviews, grooming sessions, and personality development activities.
- Ensure students are industry-ready by providing placement-oriented training.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student progress updates.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student development activities.
- Organize industrial visits, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Stay updated with current hospitality industry trends and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of hospitality operations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Student counseling and mentoring abilities.
- Industry exposure in hotels, resorts, or hospitality organizations.
- Ability to conduct placement grooming and interview preparation sessions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
