BDE to drive Giftygen sales across restaurants, retail, ecommerce & corporates. Responsible for lead generation, cold calling, field sales, client meetings, demos, negotiation, and closing deals. Must grow revenue through B2B outreach and strong client relationships.
Qualification
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Identify restaurants, retailers, salons, ecommerce brands
- Cold calling

- Demo scheduling
- Product demonstrations
- Contract closing
- Customer onboarding
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Giftygen solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- 2–5 years B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, loyalty programs, restaurant technology, retail technology, gift card solutions, payment solutions, or digital marketing platforms preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail, or SMBs is a plus
Good-to-Have Skills
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Canva or Figma for sales collateral
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Instantly, Smartlead)
